Mach 4 SL Pro XT/XTR 100 Mountain Bike

A lightning-fast racer, the Pivot Mach 4 SL Pro XT/XTR 100 Mountain Bike is a go-to in our cross-country bike quiver. The ultra-efficient DW-Link suspension platform features excellent anti-squat characteristics, while maintaining descending capability, allowing us to remain high in the travel while climbing and sink into your travel when descending for maximum traction. With a 67.5-degree head tube angle, this bike offers an efficient position for pedaling, while still being able to conquer the descents without the feeling of going over the bars. The Mach 4 SL features the Fox Factory Step Cast 32 fork for a lightweight and capable XC fork, sporting 100mm of travel, Fox's FIT4 damper and a remote lockout. This cross-country race bike is fitted with large 29-inch wheels to help us crawl over rocks and roots with ease and maximize our efficiency.

The XT/XTR build features a 12-speed hybrid Shimano XT and XTR drivetrain that provides impressive value for the build. The DT Swiss alloy M1700 wheels are durable, reliable and feature DT Swiss's 350 hub that is upgradeable with a star ratchet kit for quicker engagement. Next, Shimano's 2-piston XT brakes are lightweight and cross-country oriented, providing reliable stopping power. Maxxis Rekon Race tires are premium XC race tires designed to be fast, efficient, and lightweight. Finally, Fox's Factory Transfer Dropper Post allows for an ultra-smooth change in saddle height at a minimal weight penalty.
