SB120 C2 GX Eagle Factory Mountain Bike

The new Yeti SB120 doesn’t want to be pigeonholed into just one genre, but it can easily be defined as ready to tackle any trail with flat-out speed. The 120mm of Switch Infinity rear travel provides a supportive ride while pedaling for efficiency on the climbs yet still has plenty of small bump sensitivity and rear wheel traction for getting a little bit rowdy on the downhills. The lightweight C/Series carbon layup is impressively strong and was refined to increase overall frame stiffness. This refined carbon layup along with size-specific chainstays and seat tube angles allowed Yeti’s engineers created a consistent ride feel across the entire size range. 29-inch wheels and a 130mm fork are paired with a slack, yet climbing-friendly 66.5-degree headtube angle to create stability at speed and precision handling that give us the confidence to tackle any technical features we come across.

The Yeti SB120 C2 GX Eagle Factory build is smartly spec’d with a combination of reliable wallet-friendly components and premium suspension that lets us dial in our ideal ride feel. The 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle drivetrain shifts crisply and offers plenty of gear range for those sustained climbs. The Fox Factory 34 fork has 130mm of bump-busting travel and comes with the almost infinitely adjustable GRIP2 damper so we can fine-tune our suspension to our riding style. In the rear, the Fox Factory Float DPS is spec’d for a plush ride that doesn’t bob around under heavy pedaling loads. 29-inch Crank Brothers Synthesis Enduro wheels keep us rolling over just about anything and a long OneUp dropper lets us get our saddle completely out of the way when the trail gets technical.
